To provide first-level customer service support to all GSL clients. This will include receiving customer contact, analyzing specific needs, documenting issues, and resolving or assigning issues to appropriate staff for resolution.
- Receive and respond to customer contact via phone, email, and our custom support ticketing system.
- Provide direct assistance with the usage of our content management system, websites, and associated applications.
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Customer service skills including over-the-phone and electronic communications.
- General computer operation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with common consumer-oriented operating systems including recent versions of Microsoft Windows and Apple OSX.
- Familiarity with a range of mobile devices including Android and iOS devices, including phones and tablet devices.
- Basic familiarity with the concepts of websites, servers, content management systems, and related technologies.
